AGLOCO Member Distributions - Monthly Residual Payments

AGLOCO™ finally released the information everybody has been waiting for with their recent AGLOCO Member Distribution post. So, how much money will you actually be able to make with AGLOCO? Read on to find out.

AGLOCO announced last Friday that they will begin distributing cash to its Members by beginning a Monthly Residual Payment plan.

Since AGLOCO started its Viewbar in June, we have been working to deliver an early money distribution plan that will be work for both Members and AGLOCO at this time. It was decided to start with the AGLOCO Monthly Residual Payments. These are small monthly payments which will be made for hours earned each month and paid monthly for 10 years. The following rates have been set (amounts are expressed in US currency):

• June $0.48 per hour - ($0.0040 per month for 120 months)
• July $0.42 per hour - ($0.0035 per month for 120 months)
• August $0.54 per hour - ($0.0045 per month for 120 months)

The amount per hour is quite substantial however the time it takes to be paid is also substantial. Some do not like the long time frame that AGLOCO has currently set for payouts, however, AGLOCO has persistently stated that they are in it for the long haul and that they can not payout until they have some positive income to do so. After all, even the AGLOCO development team is not being paid yet.

AGLOCO went on to say a bit more about AGLOCO Monthly Residual Payments.

AGLOCO Monthly Residual Payments become payable when declared such by AGLOCO. We are working to add the accounting feature to the account page to show this to each Member, but that will not be available until after all the Ask.com features have been integrated.

In addition to the AGLOCO Monthly Residual Payments hours may become eligible for Bonus Payments. If AGLOCO exceeds expectations and builds funds in excess of reserves needed it may be possible to make AGLOCO Bonus Payments. We do not expect this to happen anytime in the near future. The details on the Bonus Payments and the Monthly Residual payments will be placed on the account page along with the accounting display.

Bloggers Make Money With Yuwie!

OK, so I just joined Yuwie...and last night, no less. And man oh man am I happy I did. So far, it's led to several new visitors to this blog, as well as several new views to some of the online videos I get paid for.

Yuwie's referral program is very deep, yet very simple. It goes all the way down through 10 levels - which means that whenever you refer a friend, you you'll earn a percentage from all of their page views.

Some Great Yuwie Features

Yuwie offers all the features you would expect of any social networking website. It offers: customizable profiles, blogs, pictures, email, videos, clubs, message boards, etc. And so far, I'd have to say that they're of much better quality than those of some of the other social networking websites.

What do I mean by that exactly? Well, the functions seem to be a lot cleaner and easier to use and customizing your profile tends to be less of a headache. In no time flat, here's the Yuwie page I set up for myself. Just take a look!

Better Than MySpace Or Facebook?

Simple answer: Yes, yes, yes! But that also depends on why you join social networking websites. Personally, I'm on both Myspace and Facebook - and I joined them mainly for one reason - to generate more traffic to my blog. But have they done a very good job of that? No, not really. If they had you can bet your boots that I would have posted about it!

To give you a comparison, my Facebook generated 1 unique visitor so far today, whereas my Yuwie page generated 10. Plus, my Yuwie page also generated several video views, which earn me some extra cash as well.

But there's more to it than that. Yuwie members, as a whole, tend to be business-minded people, whereas MySpace and Facebook members are not...at least not in my experience. Talk about opposite ends of the spectrum!

So the blog traffic from Yuwie is not only much more abundant, it's also a whole lot more targeted. Yuwie members are people who want to make money online, and from what I've seen so far, most of them are very serious about it. Talk about the right people to have reading your blog! And with over 2,000 new people joining Yuwie each day, the sky's the limit!

Yuwie should definitely do very well. And from the looks of it so far, it should generate some good money here each month. Ask.com and AGLOCO

Revenue – As we posted previously, we completed a major revenue partnership. AGLOCO is excited to announce that Ask.com will soon become AGLOCO’s official worldwide default search provider.

First, we have been very impressed with Ask.com’s desire to be in business with the AGLOCO Membership. (We feel that business works best when both parties want to work together.) More importantly, we are impressed with Ask.com’s search performance.

According to the August 14, 2007 report, of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Ask rates right with Yahoo and Google in customer satisfaction - Ask 75, Yahoo 79 and Google 78. Also, ForeSee Results added that, “Ask has had the biggest increase over time of any e-business company measured by the ACSI, up 21% since it was first measured… Ask.com seems to be well-positioned to rival Google in the coming years because it has a strong search technology lauded by analysts and users alike.” We will be adding Ask to the Viewbar in the next couple of weeks and we hope you enjoy the results as much as we have.

This is a very important step for AGLOCO and will greatly improve of revenue starting in October. Many of us have been using the Ask.com search system this last month and agree with the comment above that it is equal to and sometimes more helpful than Google. So we hope Members are as equally enthusiastic about Ask as we are.

Tech Update - Since moving the servers and fixing crucial items like hour displays, the tech team has since been occupied by installing the Ask.com system. The tucows download problem has also been fixed. We know we need updates to the website – they have not made the top of the list yet.
